What you need to do!
1. Contact Sweet Petals Freeze Dried in adavance of your event and arrange drop off options. You can bring your flowers to us or have us pick up your flowers (for a small fee). The most improtant thing is that we receive your flowers as soon as possible after your event. The way the flowers look when we receive them is the way they will look when the process is complete. 2. You can help preserve your flowers natural beauty by doing the following: A. When the ceremony is over place the flowers in a container with water (or moisten the green oasis cenetered in your bouquet holder). Deliver the flowers to us. B. If you can not deliver the flowers to us the same day then do the following: Place the flowers in a large plastic bag, blow air into the bag, and tie the end of the bag. Store in a igloo cooler with disposable ice packs, and not in your refrigerator. This is to keep the flowers away form fruits and vegetables. It is important that your flowers do not freeze. Deliver to us as soon as possible, 3. When the flowers reach us they need to be accompanied by a $60.00 non refundable deposit, which will be put towards your keepsake price. 4. After you have some time to recover from the "big event" you will make the most important decision as to how your flowers will be displayed and the design you would like. After your flowers are processed we will call you to set up an appointment to dicuss the display. 5. After your display has been ordered it generally takes 10 to 14 weeks, depending on our current volume of orders. 6. We will call you when your keepsake is ready for pickup. 7. Disclaimer: Sweet Petals Freeze Dried reserves the right to use pictures of your flowers and keepsakes to promote our work. Sweet Petals Freeze Dried reserves the right to use or throw your flower away if they are not picked up 30 days after completion. Sweet Petals Freeze Dried reserves the right to replace any flowers we feel are too damaged. If for some unknown reason our freeze dryer malfunctions and the load is lost you have the right to replace your flowers and we will reprocess them or you can receive your deposit back. |
